Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rc777 ("rc777", "the Platform", "we", "us"). Account Rules

Each registered rc777 account is personal to the individual who created it. The following rules govern the operation and use of your rc777 account:

• Account Currency: All rc777 accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rc777 does not offer multi-currency accounts to Pakistani-registered players at this time.

Acceptance of any bonus offer is subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out below.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rc777 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, confiscation of funds, and potentially referral to relevant authorities:

2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.

Limitation of Liability

Suspension & Termination

rc777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Conduct that rc777 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to rc777 staff, other players, or the integrity of the platform.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon account closure, any legitimate balance remaining in a verified account (excluding bonus funds and funds subject to investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to rc777's standard withdrawal procedures and verification requirements. rc777 is not obligated to return funds pending investigation into potential prohibited conduct.

You may close your rc777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any outstanding legitimate balance will be paid out via your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

Amendments to These Terms

rc777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the contact details held on their account — ordinarily by SMS to the registered mobile number — no less than 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, in which case the revised Terms take effect upon publication.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer, which remain unaffected by these Terms.
